Tim served for 6 years as the School Administrator at Calvary Temple Christian Academy in Philadelphia, PA, where he was one of the founding members of the Philadelphia Association of Christian Schools. Prior to that he served at the University of Valley Forge (Valley Forge Christian College) as the Dean of Students. He also served at Messiah College where he worked in student development as a residence director and counselor, and as adjunct professor in the Psychology and Bible departments.
He received his BA in Sociology and Psychology from Lebanon Valley College and his Master’s in Pastoral Counseling from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
Tim currently serves as the Director of the Pioneer Family Success Center in Somerville, NJ and as the Lead Pastor at New Horizon Christian Fellowship, Hillsborough, NJ. He has been happily married for 34 years and has two adult sons, Nathan (wife-Hannah) and Joshua (wife-Rachel), and his grandson, Gideon
Bethzy effectively engages with individuals and families by providing Information & referrals, linkages, and coordinating and implementing services and programs in response to the needs of the community. She works with the FSC team to maintain a welcoming community gathering place.
Bethzy is completing her Psychology degree in Kean University, Union, NJ.
Bethzy is a Bilingual English/Spanish Certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

Danielle Landers
Danielle develops, establishes and maintains relationships with community partners such as businesses, non-profits, government agencies and schools. She works with the FSC team to maintain a welcoming community gathering place and to develop programs, workshops and fun events that are responsive to community needs. She also promotes the events and activities as well as supervises and provides direction to the volunteers. Danielle studied communications at Hofstra University and has a long history of working and volunteering for non-profits that support early care and education initiatives and is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.
The 2022 Parent Advisory Board
The PAB is comprised of active community leaders who are dedicated to helping the Pioneer FSC fundraise, vote on decisions, and plan community events.
